bdbat Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the bdbat platform and its users. bdbat is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing, browsing, or using any service on this platform, you are considered to have accepted all of the terms set out below.

bdbat reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. Users are advised to review this page regularly.

These terms are available in English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

Creating a valid account is required to use services on the bdbat platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity document is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in all associated accounts being terminated, and any bonuses or winnings earned may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. The account holder is fully responsible for all activities carried out through the account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bdbat support immediately.

3 Age Restriction

By registering with bdbat, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. We may request a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate) for age verification at any time. Failure to prove your age or making a false declaration of age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

We urge parents and guardians — please use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bdbat currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. For your convenience, every transaction is processed through secure encrypted channels.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requested withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. In certain circumstances, additional identity verification may be required, which may affect withdrawal processing time.

4.3 Incomplete Bonus Wagering

If a withdrawal is made while an active bonus balance is present, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled. The applicable wagering requirement for any bonus must be met before making a withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 adds a maximum of ৳15,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the offer page.
• A bonus may only be used once per account.
• bdbat reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of abuse or fraud is found.
• Users can enjoy all platform services without claiming any bonus.
• A bonus cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement has been fully met.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will be considered complete and valid only when a confirmation message is sent from the system. If no confirmation is received due to a technical error, the bet may be considered void. If you suspect that a bet has not been recorded correctly, please contact support immediately.

6.2 Results & Dispute Resolution

All game and betting results are determined on the basis of verifiable data. If an error appears in an accepted result due to a technical reason, bdbat reserves the right to make a correction. In the event of any dispute, bdbat's decision will be considered final, however users retain the right to submit a complaint to the support team.

6.3 Multiple Bets & Multiple Games

Users may participate in all categories simultaneously, including slots, live casino, and cricket betting. Each game category has its own applicable rules, which are detailed on the game page.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bdbat platform:

• Attempting to access another person's account or sharing account credentials.
• Operating the platform through bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial means.
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts).
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems, servers, or network.
• Harassing, discriminating against, or threatening other users or staff.
• Identity fraud or operating an account under a false identity.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using their funds.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by bdbat

bdbat may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If any indication of money laundering is identified.
• If the user fails to provide identity verification documents within the specified time.

8.2 Termination by User

A user may request closure of their account at any time through the support team. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement at the time of closure will be considered void.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

bdbat treats the privacy of users' personal information with the utmost importance. The information you provide will be used solely for account management, identity verification, financial transaction processing, and improving platform services.

10 Limitation of Liability

The bdbat platform provides services on an "as is" basis. bdbat is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, issues with third-party game providers, or loss of internet connectivity.

bdbat will not provide compensation for the following:

• Loss caused by the user's own mistake or negligence.
• Issues caused by delays or errors from third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from account credentials being compromised due to the user's negligence.
• Service disruption caused by external circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.

In any circumstance, bdbat's total liability will be limited to the amount used in that specific transaction.

11 Responsible Gaming

bdbat believes that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of earning money. We encourage users to play responsibly and within their means.

• Do not place extra bets to recover lost money — this can lead to even greater losses.

12 Changes to Terms

Even if any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
